Crafting your Visibility Strategy for Brand Marketing in 2026 - How to Make it Easy for Clients to Choose YOU

This is the next part in my business blog series, and today we're getting clear about what it is you need to show in your brand's marketing activities. Often, people like what you do, but they’re not always sure how it fits for them or whether working with you would be the right choice.

When that clarity is missing, people hesitate. And hesitation usually turns into scrolling on.

Making it easy to engage you isn’t about being pushy or salesy — it’s about clarity, reassurance, and showing people exactly why you’re the right choice.

Think of these three points as filters for everything you show in your visibility strategy. They guide how you communicate across posts, social media, your website, or networking — helping the right people see you as relevant, trustworthy, and aligned with what they need, and lets create your Visibility Strategy for Brand Marketing in 2026!

1. Be clear on the problem you solve for Clients

It’s not just about the service you offer — it’s about the real problem you help clients solve.

For me, I don’t just take photos. I help people feel confident being seen, and I help businesses present themselves as credible, approachable, and human. That is what I need to hold in mind when I think about how to explain what I do.

Another example could be a branding coach. They don’t just create logos — they help clients communicate their personality clearly so the right people notice and connect with them.

When the real problem you solve is clear, messaging stops being a list of services and starts speaking directly to the people who need your help. Feeling understood builds trust instantly.

2. Share how YOU do things differently

This is key — showing how you do things differently will help your ideal clients choose you over another similar business.

It might feel daunting at first, because your difference isn’t always obvious — but think about the following and how you do them:

  • how you work with people

  • the process you follow

  • the way you communicate

  • the environment you create

When you show how you do things, potential clients stop guessing what working with you might be like. Certainty replaces hesitation, and your visibility becomes memorable and meaningful.

3. Experience & Experience

This is where confidence in your offering and that clarity we're looking to identify really come through — and it’s a combination of two things.

Your Experience — the time you’ve spent in business, learning the lessons, honing your craft, and the qualifications you’ve gained, combined with the knowledge and experience of your team — is a unique combination that no other business can replicate. This reassures clients that they’re in capable, trusted hands.

The Client Experience is just as important. This is about how working with you feels:

  • how simple and smooth the process can be

  • how supported they can feel every step of the way

  • how much stress you take away throughout the process

  • how calm, confident, and cared-for they feel

People don’t just choose an outcome — they choose an experience. Showing that working with you is clear, supportive, and enjoyable removes friction and makes saying yes effortless.

Bringing it all together

These three points act as filters for any marketing you do:

  1. Show the problem you solve clearly, so the right people recognise your relevance.

  2. Highlight how you do things differently, so clients can see why choosing you is the best choice.

  3. Demonstrate Experience - both your experience and your client experience, so people feel confident, reassured, and excited to work with you.

When these filters guide your content, messaging, and presence, your visibility stops being noise and starts working as a magnet for the right clients — making it easy for them to choose you.

And how do we do that? Yep, you got it, that is coming in the next blog. So work through the points above and we'll turn them into an actionable visibility strategy together next.

With love, Rachel xx
