The New Banstead Health Hub – a clinic built around patient wellbeing
Over the last few weeks i've been working with Banstead Health Hub, a new clinic based in Nork, Banstead, capturing branding images for their website, marketing collateral and social media.
The clinic was created with a clear focus on patient wellbeing, bringing together experienced practitioners in a calm, modern environment, designed to help people feel better — both physically and emotionally. And this is exactly what has been created!
And at the heart of the clinic are Osteopaths Lydia and Anna.
Lydia brings over 10 years of clinical experience and patient care to Banstead Health Hub, offering a steady, knowledgeable and reassuring presence for patients. With her strong sporting background (and a few Iron Man competitions under her belt!) she knows how gruelling training can be and how important it is to make sure your body is moving at it's best, not only for the best times but also longevity in life.
Anna, recently qualified with a first-class degree, brings fresh expertise, a caring approach, and already outstanding patient feedback. Anna also has a passion for exercise and well-being having worked as a Body Combat and Body Pump instructor for the past 7 years. Her understanding of the body and how it responds under the stresses of such exercise as well as day to day activities is excellent.
Together, they create a balanced, approachable team built on trust, experience, and genuine patient focus. And a few giggles too! The photography needed to reflect that — not just what the clinic looks like, but how it feels to be there.
The role of branding photography in patient trust
In healthcare, trust is everything.
Before a patient ever makes contact, they are already forming impressions based on what they see online. Strong, authentic imagery helps to:

The best way to achive the above is to show the client journey, so we asked the lovely Rob and Sarah if they would allow us to capture their treatments. With Sarah recovering from shoulder surgery earlier this year and Rob with recurring lower back pain, they were happy to oblige!
